Depending on the size of your business, this may be by Excel templates provided by us which you, as the client will maintain on a daily basis. We will then review these spreadsheets on a regular basis and adjust or assist as necessary to keep the records in a compliant manner, and to enable the extraction of data for VAT returns, RCT reporting and year-end tax return as easy as possible.

As your business grows, you may wish to avail of one of our Xero packages. (Xero is an online cloud-based accounting package) which will provide additional functionality especially in areas of sales invoicing, customer statements, bank reconciliations and profit & budget reporting. We also utilise automatic data capture software to speed up the process of data recording – documents are captured by way of email, photo or scan, forwarded to us and we upload them to Xero where they are stored digitally. No need to keep paper documents any more!

Another great advantage of Xero is its compatibility with 100’s of other Business App’s which can help make your business life easier. Examples of this are E-commerce sales apps, appointment booking apps (eg. beauty and healthcare industry), debt collection, detailed cashflow projection, staff expense claims to name but a few.

We also provide Xero training for all clients new to the system and facilitate migration from other systems if required.
